David Sánchez's Carib presents Tambó

About

“This story captivated my soul and urged me to share it in this recording; The album is based on the notion that the Caribbean, the Greater Caribbean, has a meaning that goes far beyond being a geographical reference, but is, rather, a cultural expression that unites us throughout the Americas. As an Afro-Caribbean person from Puerto Rico, I feel that these connections help me understand more deeply who I am and where I come from."
