Poet, author and meditator Diego Perez is best known for his pen name, Yung Pueblo. His books include Lighter and How to Love Better. His newest, Journey: The Year That Changes Everything, is a year-long guide to building self-awareness, emotional maturity, and inner peace through daily reflections and intentional habit change. Through short reflections, practices, and mindset shifts, the book encourages readers to slow down, trust their intuition, process the past, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. Elena Brower is a mother, artist, and author; she has spent nearly three decades shaping the practice of modern yoga and meditation. She is the author of five books, including her latest, Hold Nothing, and the widely translated Art of Attention (2012). Her bestselling guided journals, Practice You (2017) and Being You (2021), along with her poetry collection Softening Time (2023), examine studentship, practice, parenting, and the discipline of listening.
