Rules and format: • You get two songs or 10 minutes, whichever comes first • This is a music-only open mic, so no spoken word, comedy, poetry, dramatic readings, etc (unless you put it to music) • All genres, covers, and originals are accepted and encouraged • Since it's in a bar, it's a 21+ event. Sorry kids! • Sign-ups are first-come, first-served, but you can pick your slot • Come early and have a drink, stick around late and support the other performers • You may bring your own mic and your own instrument if you choose, or RESPECTFULLY use our house mics, guitar, or piano.

Cozy, early evening meditation in a small group hosted by an experienced Mindfulness Meditation teacher. When: Ongoing every Tuesday, 6-7 pm Where: Sealevel, 4331 Irving St, San Francisco, CA 94122 Who is this for? Anyone who wants to practice meditation in a small group in a lovely community art space. All are welcome, including if you have little or no experience or background with meditation and mindfulness, or lots of experience! What will the time look like? 5-10 minutes for arrivals, making tea, settling in 20-25 minutes for a brief welcome, check ins, and reminders 20-25 minute meditation with light guidance and lots of quiet The remaining time will be for gentle movement, Q&A, or any group discussion Facilitator/Teacher Bio: Liz (she/they), of Sparkle Vision , is an educator whose focus is sharing holistic wellbeing tools and techniques. They are an experienced wellness teacher with a life-long learner mentality, classroom management, and public speaking skills. Liz teaches from the foundation of their own experience of 30+ years of yoga practice, 11+ years of meditation practice, as well as their background as an athlete, performer, artist, and writer. Registration & Payment Drop-ins welcome! No one turned away for lack of funds!
